Can anyone help me to identify this flower? I saw it in Winnipeg at the Assiniboine Park in the English Garden section.

Can it be a blue agapanthus? If not maybe a blue bell but I am not sure if they grow where you live. Either way it is a great shot! Fantastic color

I searched both flowers and it looks like a Bluebell.
