me butting in as usual - I keep saying I am going to try melatonin to help me sleep and I never do - those I know who have tried it say it works better than any sleep med and it is a natural thing your body produces.
I have read that a couple teaspoons of apple cider vinegar a day will cut down on hot flashes, yuck though! Black cohosh is an herbal remedy, you can buy it in a grocery store in tablet form or any where they sell vitamins, it will be near the vitamins usually - it works too!

I used to have to take a shower right before bed and leave my hair wet .. that usually cooled me off enough .. with the help of a fan blowing on me .. so allow me to fall asleep. I feel for ya it took me 10 years to get thru menopause.

There you go Janice... all natural herbalist is the way to go... I'm telling you girls I went the way of the health food store and haven't had a flash in years!!. I'm 66 - started meno when I was 48...I would have put myself in a box if it had not stopped when it did.. When I first started I would walk thru the grocery and come out looking like I'd stepped out of the river - wringing wet... hated that..

Here are mine, I actually live next door to this business, you have to go into their parling lot to get to my driveway.

Ocassionally I also work here when someone can't come in to work. They open at 4 am and I know when the phone rings that someone overslept!

The last one is a local business as well... this guy was at the parade over the weekend advertising!

I have only used auto maybe a handful of times since the end of Feb. I might use it if I need a quick shot of something I am not ready for!
