That's a really great shot. I like the pier stretching into the darkness and the Big Dipper to the left with the aurora to the right. How did the pier stay lighted like that and what was your exposure time?
Thanks Paul- About 35 feet behind me and about 25 feet above I had a porch light on that gave me enough light. My settings I think were ISO 2500- 15 sec. exposure- F3.5 using a Sigma 18-300mm @ 18mm on a Nikon 7100.

I double checked my settings ISO 2000, exposure 15 seconds, 13mm, F2.8 on a Tokina 11-16 mm
