Rubber zoom and focus rings

The rubber focus ring on my Tokina 80-200 ATX just split and fell off- Does any one know a source to get a replacement it-perhaps generic. I've looked on line and can only find Canon and Nikon. Also there was a strip of black tape ,under the rubber ring, a part of which came off- anyone know what that is for( I think a weather sealing) and if that can be replaced as well.

Can you just glue it back?
A friend told me you can buy rubber focus rings on eBay, if they’re too big, you just cut them to fit :)
