Jerry how much more do you need😳. I just got the same type of drawings but explaining the operation. My bad for not paying attention in my high school Chinese class.

Several years ago the wife and I purchased a kerosene heater that we had to put together. All the instructions were in Japanese. Wife tried following the diagrams and directing me what to do. A good time was had by all (NOT). But 50 years later, we're still married.

Install a Japanese keyboard on a tablet and install the Google Translate app. I have done this with a Thai keyboard to get translations from Thai to English.

There are cell phone apps that, using the camera, can present the text in your own language.
