We've had some rain at the end of last week, and yesterday. It looks like we could get some today too. Such rain clears out our air so we can breathe, but they aren't making much difference in the fires themselves - that's what one person told me yesterday yesterday. I haven't heard any official statements on the subject, but the cooler weather has to help too.
