Following the sunny 16 rule, the exposure for that ISO of 160 should have been f/16 at 1/160 second. For an aperture of 1.4, the shutter speed should have been 1/2560 sec. I'm thinking that with that 35mm lens, the image was enlarged many times to get the subjects this large in the frame. So my guess is that it is grossly over-enlarged.
