Reflection of Soul

I have been putting this off for a few days, but I can't seem to get it off of my mind, I'm simply posting this not for myself, or sympathy, lord knows why & that is exactly why I am, for reasons unknown, now these pictures are of my son, which I did not take, but I must say very grateful to have, due to the fact, when he passed away 9 years ago, I realized I didn't have many family photos, now I couldn't go back and change that, I have accepted that fact with Gods help & believe he continues to do so, one thing I learned through all of this is we can choose to let things destroy us, or make something good out of a bad situation, I remember driving one day in my car, praying as I often do in my car.. lol I asked please give me something useful to do for you, this wasn't the first time I had asked, but at that time, he answered, " pictures" then my mind started flowing with thoughts of joy I can't explain, then I heard "book", well I do write quite a bit, for storage or maybe a personal diary, until further notice, so anyway this boy of mine" Glenn Neil " my son, inspired me so much, I wanted to share with you my inspiration, so when you find what you're looking for or develop what you know to be , cherish every moment & never stop trying, and that is such a freeing gift, simply being who you were meant to be, regardless of anything else!! Amen
Thank you for reading & looking
God Bless all of you in such a wonderful, beautiful way!!
I'M STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS.......

A touching tribute to your beautiful son, Christina! You're right. Sometime when we suffer a great loss, all we have is our faith to see us through! Thanks for sharing your precious son with us.

Thank you & My pleasure Jane, I couldn't make it without my faith in the one who has been my healer, my comforter, my best friend, my redeemer, my provider, my everything! He has remained faithful, never changed through all of my life & many circumstances I could not see out of, He has been my guide, my teacher, and more importantly, He died so that I would live, I truly owe my entire being to him, he has never failed me & never will!! AMEN

I understand everything you are saying Christina. We celebrated our daughters first anniversary on 9/11. Two days ago. She left two wonderful children after a 10 year battle. We are all still searching for our way to cope and accept the new normal. Not easy!

Yes my dear friend I know you know, My heart goes out to you & your family, it's so very fresh, I remember those days & I must say I didn't know what to do or say, except cry to our father, and there is a season for everything under the sun, I realized even & especially grieving is under that as well, no one can say or put a time limit, I believe you just need to hold each other & simply cry unto the lord! That is the only thing I could for days, weeks, months etc... It is the hardest thing to ever experience, the loss of your baby or for a child, they're mommy!! I'm so very sorry doc & trust my thoughts & prayers are with you will continue to be!!! Cling my friend!! 💦💦🙏🙏
P.s. if & when you're ready I would love to see you're baby girl!!

Here she is. She was a fashion model, 5 time All-American swimmer in college and a second grade teacher as well as the light of our life.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ANGEL DOC!!! I had chills all over when I seen her, she truly is beautiful & resting in our father's arms, she's waiting for her family to join her on that great appointed time! WOW DOC I CAN'T STOP!!! I noticed we are the same age as well, a spring baby which has sprung into LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY than we could ever imagine my friend, a useful being for the creator!!
My heart is with you & family and so is she forever more!!!
Thank you for sharing to me your baby girl, I know it's hard to do, but we are overcomers by the words of our testimonies, and if you can't find one yet, IT WILL COME !!! Hold on !!!!!!
with love,
Christina Swim
