Problem with posting in gallery

Hey Everyone,
I was trying to post a photo in gallery, but when I clicked "add attachment", it went to a page that said "the connection was reset." It clicked "try again" and it took me to UHH's site and it said "GET requets are not supported by this command."
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? It has been going on for a few days now.
