Bag is heavier / more bulky - to fit inside box I planned on using.
Therefore I need to cover shipping.
When shipping camera bags, their bulkiness creates issues of higher rate for shipping.

Thanks Ed, for letting me know. I have a bag that size someone gave me because they had no more use for it.
Gotta love free stuff. Speaking of which I just got a free Canon DSLR. In an unlikely situation, a friend in CT came into 7 of them. Knowing I was a photographer, she gave me one. I must be leading a charmed life!
