D7200 Problem

Some of the buttons on the back of the camera stopped working. The preview, menu and maybe some others. Some still work fine. Doing a manual reset with the green dot buttons together did not do the expected flashing on the command window as suggested by Nikon. Anyone have this experience? The camera works fine otherwise.

Did you try a "cold reboot"??
Remove the battery for an hour {I know that is too much time, but I'm not sure an exact time, and I'd rather be safe}

Check the Mode dial if it gets bumped into a scene mode those buttons might not work. Have you gone through the menu and verified the functions are assigned as you expect? Sometimes they get bumped. If those simple things don't work and the hard boot as suggestd above, does not work, it might be time to go a camera store and seek assistance.

I left it out for about 90 minutes. When I powered it on the Menu screen came up. But the button still doesn't work. Thanks!
