Curious to see what others may see in this photo, I really am not looking for quality or perfect answers, for I believe there is no perfect answer, just simple creative minds, with depth...
what is your take on this photo, dig deep into your openness of mind, if you will..
Thank you for your thoughts & partaking in this search of mind in each other!
God Bless all of everyone with a special gift that keeps giving! Amen

I see it's looking up a tree, but all these radial spikes could be converted into some sort of protective barrier, laid on the ground with sharpened points on the spikes.
Should deter any marauders, even the Vikings.
It would be an ideal tree to climb, kids would love it in their backyard.
Other wise it would be sacrilege to cut it down. Beautiful tree.

Wonderful, yes I see it too!! Prepare for battle...
Many limbs (lives) springing from a common source...all heading in different directions. Many broken...one with a large cancerous growth; but all reaching to the sky which, at the present, is thinly veiled from them.

I like the lively greens, the fanned out branches and the early fallen leaves caught in the center.

Christina,
I like it, yes different for the UHH, but I like abstraction.
Abstract (I shoot a lot of images that are from Contemplative to Abstract).
Image not grounded, where are we, up, down? Many will hate that, I find it cool.
Shifting ground, my mind / eyes keep changing view from looking up a tree from the ground level (which is what it is) to something cylindrical with a "forest" growing from it. Some what like the other fellows "Porcupine".
You know what Ground or Grounded means as a formal element in art composition, right?
Lighting and focus fall-off is nice too, adding a bit of mystery.
Seems to evoke a fantasy world look.
What were you trying to achieve or say with it?
Do more...!
Methinks it could be how the first wooden spoke wheel was envisioned. An intuitive perception transformed into reality. Much like nature's etchings and patterns and colors on the rocks inspired the ancients to record their images in order to capture nature's power for themselves.
I see stairs ascending up thru the branchs leading up to.....

Beautifully spoken!!! And with such gifts such as "intuitive perceptions" it doesn't always reveal in our time, but will always prevail if in tuned!
