Not only is their a requirement to speak the language there is an additional requirement of familiarity with the culture and it's ways.. Asians keep to themselves as all cultures are want to do.. if you can speak the lingo but you don't know the customs, mores, and how to interact you become a bore not to be suffered...and that holds for any language and any people.

Thanks for all the good advice. I am not saying the photographic industry in China is growing so fast because I am working there
But maybe someone could learn a little bit from the Chinese. After all this is the biggest photography market in the world and it is interesting that some companies are working on a large scale. This is not the usual western small business run by 1-5 people. And that is surely part of the popularity of professional wedding photography in China that those large scale companies can offer lot of scenarios and services that friend Trixie next door in Florida can not do. And lot of people at the wedding with smartphone cameras can not do this either. So it looks as the Chinese have found a way to make photography a lucrative business in those times when most people have a cameraphone or camera.
