Hi Bumtree,
Did you grab that lighting with an electronic sensor or by trial and error?
Thanks,

We have so much lightning some night's, I set my camera to bulb mode and hand hold my flash sometimes to light up my foreground

this is a fantastic shot, altho' the subjects are competing with each other. Seems really ethereal and surreal.

Lightening bolts are stunning!
Great shots just straighten the horizon line and they will be perfect.
A nice set of captivating pictures. I am especially taken by the third shot. I think, if you straightened the horizon and performed a slight crop, it would be a masterpiece.
By cropping a bit, you could raise the stump and sun a bit towards the upper RH corner. Please don't take offense, just my opinion.
Fantastic shots - can you share you camera settings?
I love storms and I really love them at the beach!
Thank you for the beautiful shots.
Thanks for the reply. Sounds just as beautiful as it does scary. Wonderful pics.

I went to the beach lastnight to watch this storm blow in. I was out for about an hour or so. Until the downpour started, more storms tonight, I will be heading back out.
Very nice!! I see many animals in those clouds!! #3 Also a ship above the sun. Great photo
