Need Some advice on removing sun spots

JEEPER, to what are you referring? I'm seeing some clouds, but no sunspots.

may also be dust on the lens not sure there are two bigger ones where I said and alsoa few smaller ones alittle lower

I use Photoshop, JEEPER. the tool I prefer for issues such as you presented is the 'Spot Healing Brush Tool'. It may be called something else in PSP, but more than likely that tool is available to you.
