I am shooting ir680 on a sony converted Nex5N. I have seen video to convert so sky is blue. I am using an old version Elements 6. Am I asking too much?

The world of IR filters and processing can be very confusing. Keep looking online and experimenting. You may have to get a newer version of PSE, but I have no experience with that.

I do it in full Photoshop, so I'm not sure if it can be done in Elements. It is done with the Channel Mixer, so if Elements has that, here is how it is done:

You need the channel mixer for the blue sky effect. You get that with photoshop. You can also use Nik's Vivasa to get the effect.

I adjusted the 'Hue' in Photoshop EL. on your image. Is this what you want?

That's better than anything I was able to do. Looks great. I will try that.

I don't much care for that. It seems to give a monochromatic hue over the entire image. It might be improved with some more PP, but I don't think it will compare to the results you can get with a real channel swap:

It's beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
I did use channel miser to adjust all three color. For this that posted, it was just for the sky, so I just did it simply!
I hope the owner of this post will forgive me to post couple of mine of mine!
