Hopefully you do realize that Mac OS (OSX) and Apple IOS are two different pieces of software. The fact that millions, maybe even billions are willing to fork out hundreds and hundreds of dollars for an iPhone speaks volumes about IOS. An interesting contrast, is that even though Micro$oft runs the field with PCs, they hardly even made a dent with their Mobile version of Windows for phones!

Wrong terminology! Sorry. I help people in my complex with both Macs & Windows PC's. I really don't care about iPhones vs. Windows phones. I have an iPhone.
I have been using PC's since DOS and continuing with all versions of Windows except 8 and 8.1. I still prefer Windows over Apple Operating systems. Apple has issues with updates and upgrades too. I only responded because I felt your comment was unnecessary and not at all helpful. Perhaps it was an attempt at humor?

Ironically, even though I own a Mac and prefer OSX, I own, use a Windows Phone! Maybe I'm cheap, but my $29.99 Micro$oft (formerly NOKIA) does everything that it's supposed to do and in some ways is even better than an iPhone!
Mac vs. Windows is kind of like Canon vs. Nikon, it can become way too emotional of a subject if allowed to. Yeah, I've been using PCs since DOS 6.22, but I quickly migrated from DOS/WIN to OS/2Warp! I guess that I'm never one to follow the crowd.
