The story here is that in the small village of Saint-Vallier there in a fellow named Lajoie, in his 80's who creates olde houses from the village and also lists the ''genealogy'' of them. The church you see there burned down and they built another one but he created the old one

Roadrunner, love your two Challenge contributions, well done! It's been too hot down here in Florida to do much outdoor photography so I have resorted to photographing a couple of antiques in my possession. The ornate Lap Desk was said to have been used by a Civil War officer on my Grandmother's side of the family. The Northern Pacific RR memorabilia were saved by my Grandmother on her trip to Seattle in 1912.

A few from this mornings drive down by the lake. It is so nice to see the Monarch Butterflies! The land owners have been asked to plant milkweeds or leave them uncut as the population has been decreasing over the past few years.
