Deteriorating railroad infrastructure. Just a short walk this morning yielded this evidence.

a branch line no longer used
discarded for now. pretty in rust

I went in each of these buildings. It's cool just to imagine what went on, or to read things written on the walls over the years. Look at the workmanship of how it was built, #3 & #6 are just what ever rocks he could find to build a fine home.

A Few from Missouri. I have been working quite a bit and not staying on the site for long periods of time, but have looked at most of the pictures.
And Rivernan, I always thought it was; Ding, Ding, Ding, baby you got everything. And two weeks later it was; Ding, Ding, Dong, baby that didn't last too long.

Well, my wife is upset at me again. She walked into the house yesterday and saw me holding a fly swatter. She ask if I was killing flies and I said, yes. She asked how many and I said 3 males and 2 females. She said how do you know if they were males or females. I said 3 were on a beer can and two were on the phone.

Been off and on site today, sorry I have to just look, post and run..
Found this hidden in bushes in front of an old summer cottage down at the beach.
Decaying old farm house and barn
This was once a thriving business with very creative flower designers; now falling apart and on a major intersection for all to see.
Not sure what this old building is - maybe covers a well pump, a spring house? But it is showing signs of decay.
