Brent,
Great tight crops with no extraneous clutter. If you manipulated the night scene to have it match what you saw there is no foul. What f stop, shutter speed and I SO did you use. If you added the sky it is more a creation than photo - fine if acknowledged as such.

Well wham121736, it is more of a creation than a photo. I combined two images into one to create the sky night scene. When I shot the original photo the sky was all blown out and boring during the day. I liked the cliff and the focal point of the structure on the top of the cliff along with the waves. The shot was taken with my 135L series prime Canon lens shot at1/640th of a sec, F3.2, ISO 100. Since it was shot in the day, I didn't use a tripod. Thanks for the interest you have shown in the image.

Thanks very much Steve. Sometimes it's good to get lucky with the timing. I liked the "X" that the paddles created and since they were moving directly at me it also enhanced that photo.

Thank you bdk for the nice comments about the photo series. Yes, I can tell that you are a sailboat person by your avatar! That first sailboat is a beautiful work of art in my opinion. I also have lots of photos of girls in bikinis. It's so common to see them everywhere that I usually am (the beach). I should post some of them sometime! lol Thanks again bdk.

Hahahahahaha......tbell7D I hope that dog in a life jacket brought a smile to your face! It's always an extra bonus if photographs can evoke emotions in some way to move the viewer.
