These are beautiful cars, Vicki, and you did a wonderful job photographing them.

I think most people are so oblivious to their surroundings, they don't even know you're there, let along know that you're trying to photograph something!

Very interesting set. I'm hoping to go to a car show this weekend (medical reasons may keep me away).

Very nice set Vicki. I like the close up shots because the detail and finish can be seen so clearly. The fifth shot down, of the green (hood and grill) PU, reminds me of my 1955 ol' Chevy PU.

Thank you Mike. That PU was really nicely restored, and the two-toned paint added a nice touch. Actually, there were several really nice PUs including a red Model A that was for sale for almost as much as our first house.

A little more than my 2017 Ford Fusion Synergi Titanium plug-in Hybrid set me back - -
but the Model A doesn't have Bluetooth, lane keeping, adaptive cruise control and WiFi :) :)

Is life truly better with the new gadgets? Seems like there are more expensive add ons to fail. My horse goes wether you feed him or not, has cruise control and stays in his lane. The WiFi has fly guards and there are Yellowteeth. He's also companionable although only suitable for one passenger (two might work under protest).

Nice job shooting these classics, Vicki. Fun licenses on them!

Thanks Randy.

It was a fun show - not too hot or crowded. It's always fun to try to get shots of something different. A friend even placed an order for some 5x7s of the pink Cadillac.

Beautiful series of one of my favorite subjects Vicki. These front ends are a piece of art to me, well photographed.

It's interesting to see how different manufacturers design grills and radiator ornaments. I agree with you that they are artistic.

Thanks for taking time for this post Mike. I appreciate it.

Many thanks for the thoughtful reply Kathy. When people zone out like that, I call it "Costco Mode." They do the same thing when they get in Costco. Might as well be zombies!

I'm glad you enjoyed these Sirius. They're all so different especially when they've been restored and modified to some extent. Some of the paint jobs were extraordinary.
