Welcome to the UHH Peter. I like your photos very much. Your lens must be very sharp as I can almost make out the serial number on the Leica in the second photo.

Thank you Dennis. Yes it is Barcelona. The lens is the Tamron 18-270 lensI have now purchaced the Tamron 16-300.

I thought so. I love Barcelona and especially the Ramblas section.
Forgive me for asking but why buy the 16-300 if you had the 18-270 lens? The focal lengths are practically identical. Is the newer lens faster?

The wide angel is better, approx 24-450mm equivalent, Close focusing to 0.39m, maximum magnification 0.34x, 18.8:1 zoom ratio and it have macro.
So I am now selling my Nikon D300s and the Tamron 28-270mm. The zoom is better for the kind of pictures I like to take.
