I've been told--everyone loves a kitten. We rescued a kitten recently and she managed to find secure shelter tucked ever so quietly underneath our comforter. An amateur shot, I confess, but couldn't resist those eyes!

Thank you so much! I often believe that although we rescue them...it's more that they rescue us! Lots of joy. Would you agree?!

You don't choose the kitty - - the Kitty chooses you - -
I think the kitty chose a great partner :) :)

Really like this capture. Sometimes these spontaneous shots can be the best ones even though they may not be that great technically.
Capturing the moment is what is important and you did it with this shot.
And thanks for taking the little cutie in. We have 3 kitties that are all rescues.

Merlin1300,
Thank you. As to your point of the kitty choosing us...I absolutely agree. This kitten rode in an engine compartment of a coworker's car for 15 miles to get to my husband's piace of work; not a scratch on her! Ironically, we had been looking for a kitten. So this one "drives" in, on my husband's birthday, nonetheless! How's that for a kitten choosing her new owner on the perfect day?!
Regards,
Toni

Will,
I truly believe taking animals in brings more joy to us than them! Or maybe it's even. :-) I am without a decent camera at this time. Am steadfastly studying recommendations now. I will be so happy to capture these moments with a good camera! Thanks for taking in your three kitties!!!
Regards,
Toni
