Nice color. BIG poison glands! Have to love Costa Rica's diversity. I would suggest you use the DOWNLOAD option. Allows greater clarity.

Very good shot, Rounddog....but I just can't go so far as to say "beautiful" where a snake is the subject! :)

Good photograph. I'm just glad you stayed far enough away to take it, thus still being around to show it. I don't know what kind it is, but based on the head shape I'd say it's poisonous.
