Inspired by blacks2's recent post of climbers on El Capitan in Yosemite - http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-477932-1.html#8027090 - here a few recent shots from the enchanting Smith Rock State Park in Oregon, including some climbers.

A great set images. I especially like the last one. Saw a number of climbers in Moab, UT in April. They are a special breed of folks for sure.

I guess this is fun if you have no respect for life or you are just crazy. Good for them but not for me. Good shots....Rich

I might have tried rock climbing thirty years ago, but now...I get the creeps just looking at the photo's.

Not sure why you say no respect for life or crazy. I have no desire or ability to do it myself, but I love that others do and that I get to witness it. Thanks for looking.

Yes, the last one is wonderful - the reflecting water, the mood setting sky and textural rockiness and sensitive composition make this image a winner for my taste - - -
