Today I could not sign into my CC on my desktop OK on line Contact online support chat, Tried a few tips that the agent gave me, but still, could not connect on my desktop. Transferred me to Tech support, who with my permission took control of my computer and fished the problem in no time. OK now to sign in. Online chat is the way to go. No language problems

Did tech support give you any indication of what the problem had been?

Yes, chat is very good. No rush to answer immediately, as when on the phone.

No, but they removed all running process of CC in Task Manager plus a couple of settings in the Adobe Program
Then I was able to sign in

I am going to sign up for CC right away. That's just what I needed is more software problems on my pc.

Responsive tech support!?!???!! Don't let the other tech people know or they will find these people and.. I don't want to think about what could happen if people got use to tech support being helpful in a timely manner.

Next thing you know I will call my cable company and the phone will be answered by a person!
