What are these

I went to take a pic of this flower, then this bug landed and I took both, without having time to get good focus. The flower I have heard called the Jesus plant, but Have no Idea what the bug is. Any Ideas. Both appear to be in focus somewhat as a small view, but when I look at 100% they are off. The bug is cropped 50%. Well I cant upload the flower. oops. it uploaded but no preview.

It's there, can't see it till you download. I can't figure out why. Too big, raw. I don't know why it won't show. But it is there.

I agree it's probably a Damsel fly. Ours are Green with black wings here in VA.
