I was in Telluride 30+ years ago and was driving a 1979 Ford Bronco 4x4. I saw Black Bear Pass and said "no way". I had driven other jeep trails, but I wouldn't do this one.
I have done the same thing years ago...backed off and went up and over Engineer Pass in our Explorer and got a flat tire! Wouldn't even attempt either in our Outback!
Hey there! Long time no see! I thought about you the other day when I was on the island. Wondering if you've been there lately. Kinda slow. Actually, very slow out there.
That looks like a Great trip you had and great photos! It's one I've wanted to do for a long time.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and it was slow...don't think I'll go back for another couple of weeks.
This was a fun trip and one we hadn't done in a couple of years so it was good to get back...hope you get there in the near future. We've usually gone in the spring but with all the snow this year put it off til last week. Next time, we will go in the fall. Later this month we're gonna head over to Palouse, WA then on to Yellowstone in Sept...tough being retired!!
Very nice collection of excellent pictures from the kind of roads I like - - much more interesting and uplifting than the Interstates. Thanks for sharing.
You are very welcome and thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Excellent downloads and beautiful scenery Jederick, #7 is stunning. Enjoyed the series very much.
Thank You very much Sylvias. We just experience the hottest July on record here in the Salt Lake City area. It was a real treat to get in the high country and cool down...should have stayed, 100*yesterday and today!
