It's a nice photo but when you see it full screen it gets soft, and what rule was broken in this photo?

that old saw about the horizon line being in the middle. but sometimes it works.
it was a very small and soft file to begin with. I upscaled it.
I didn't like the post so close to the middle, so I moved it. it seemed too distracting instead of being "framing".
