I agree Bob the sound would for sure add to the project but that is a different forum maybe?

Yep, there's nothing in the world like the deep throbbing of a radial engine. And the prop noise sort of adds to it as well.
Nice photos of one of my favorite A/C(because I learned to fly in one)!

Nice photos.
I get mailings from the EAA once or twice a year wanting me to join their organization. I don't know how I got on their mailing list, I'm not a pilot and don't have an airplane except for a couple models. I do like airplanes and I did spend about five years in the Air Force but worked Accounting and Finance and the only thing I had to do with the planes was to pay the flight crews. Oh, I did get to fly in an Air Force plane as a passenger one time when they transferred me to Hickam AFB in Hawaii.

I have no idea what it takes to join beyond the money? but for some reason it seems they sure have an interest in you. The only dealings I have ever had is going to this event twice and it is a bit costly, a long drive and a ton of walking but on the + side they do offer a lot to see

I think maybe what happened was that the EAA was here a couple years ago with their 1929 Ford Tri-Motor plane and I went for a ride in it. That is where they got my information and have been bugging me ever since.
I posted pictures of my plane ride.

at least you got a nice plane ride out of it and they are keeping some postal worker employed sending you mail? Thank you for "the rest of the story" :-)
