At the latest Ministry staff meeting, the Martian, while giving full credit to Madame P for her recent success in *ahem* 'acquiring' a submarine and defeating the Nanookian battleships, said it had become clear that naval power alone was a thing of the past. The wave of the future for the Cat Empire and the Ministry of Mayhem lay in air power.

As such, he asked her for her thoughts on stealing an aircraft carrier.

Thanks, Stan. I didn't hear her reply, myself, due to all the laughter in the room, but I'm reasonably certain she told him a Dark Lady astride her broom was all the air power the Ministry would ever need!
