Thanks for sharing the great experience in dealing with them --- they and Adorama are my go to sources and I can't say enough good things about my dealings with either of them.

I would have to agree 110% here. Been using both companies for many years. Both are efficient, easy to deal with, and treat you as a person as opposed to a number! Hey, maybe one of them should run an airline!

after my posting I got immediate reply from Dan W AT B&H. He was extremely helpful and followed up with exchanges of e mails answering my questions and positively influencing my decision to buy a back pack there.

I totally agree that BH and Adriana are the front runners when it comes to Customer Service. In this regard I would also like to have Cameta listed among them.

I called Cameta a couple of months ago because B&H was out-of-stock on something I wanted and was spoken to very rudely. I placed a back-order with B&H. That was far from the first time that happened to me on the phone at Cameta. I no longer consider them viable for me. They may well work fine for others, but for me it's B&H and Adorama all the way!

I concur that B&H and Adorama are way out front with respect to Customer Service. I have used Cameta the odd time and always found their service to be encouraging.
