As one nice Hedghogger suggested on a similar question, "RTFM". I am pretty sure it means "Read the Fine Manual".
This isn't to be snarky but you will learn more by getting familiar with the manual and how to find stuff in it. I keep my manuals in pdf form on the computer so I can use the search function.
On the P500 you'll eventually find what you want by searching on the word "review". Don't know if it is exactly the same in the P 510 manual.
I don't want to spoil your fun but the answer lies in the Setup menu.

I have the P500. Press menu and select the playback menu tab. You can turn image preview off or on.
It is on p. 150 in the P500 manual. Don't know how close the P510 manual is.

Try:
1. Open menu
2. Open Tools
3. Open monitor settings
4. Set image review to OFF

This manual is available from nikon as a pdf download. It is the camera I'm planning to get , so I got the manual for it to get an idea of how complex it was.

I shut it off in the set-up menu,but in hi speed shooting it still comes on
