Few days ago there was a post about build in flash diffuser.
Some offer home made, some said don't bother buy($30)not worth spending time, so i looked around me and made this one for no money spend and no time spend, well just 1.50min,lol
This picture (1.) was taken under very bright sun at noon around pool with flash built in with this diffuser(2.)How it look on camera(3.)
It is Light, easy to instal and above all, IT WORKS lol.
For darker pictures you can compensate or simply slice off some foam from front part,,,
It's clever and it seem to work well. Good for you!
Welcome to UHH. It's nice to see someone else that goes to the table to make something free or little cost. Thanks
Wow another diffuser I will have to try. Thanks for posting. It looks like it works well.
thanks for posting I might have to try and make one too.
Great trick - goes to show what can be done with available "stuff"

very creative. I believe that photographers are naturally ingenious people. If trapped on an island with Gilligan and company, a photog would have jury rigged something to get the USS minnow floating, long before the professor made a radio out of coconut shells!  8-)

Clever idea. I'll have to buy a camera or lens and get some of that stuff.
It looks like the girl is waiting to throw a pitch.
Just an unrelated note: in a pinch and quick need, I fashioned a white styrofoam coffee cup over an external flash with a rubber band. Worked fine.
Quick! Get this patented. Nice going!
It did what you wanted it to do, what more can you ask..
