Your monotones are stunning. Can you share some info? Do you shoot in mono or do pp of color? What software do you use, if you convert from color? What does the shot of the saxes look like before you processed it? thanks. Matt

Thanks. These are all conversions from color images. Most conversions I do in Lightroom. It B/W conversion function rivals any other software dedicated to B/W conversions out there. I added a bit of a sepia tone hue in images 1,3 and 4. Ive always liked the final look it gives, almost like bronze color. Some minimal effects were done with Analog Effects Pro. The original color file of the sax image I dont have anymore but it was just a low light properly exposed just of them. They looked very close as what you see in the final color image. Hope that helps.

Thank you. That helps me a great deal. I use Lightroom first and then Silver Effex.A friend who is a professional photographer recommended that approach. Thanks again. Matt

Good sequence - tells a story.

I don't know about empty music halls but I have been in an empty theatre at night and it was decidedly spooky.
