I saw this sign hanging on the wall of the hotel my wife and I had dinner in one night last week. We went away for the week end to the Hunter Valley. Wine growing and horse breeding territory - although not in the same area.

Excellent sentiments. Odd that wine country and horse breeding don't go hand in hand. One can't start a horse breeding operation without being either drunk or insane. And once you have a horse breeding operation, you'll soon be drunk or insane.
