I only recently began buying from B&H. I placed 2 orders in the last week, both containing 2 items. The first arrived and was fine. But the second arrived with only one of the two items in the package despite the fact that the packing slip indicated both were included.
I recognize that mistakes happen and know they are a reputable shop. I have no doubt they will take care of it (today is Saturday so I can't get in touch with them) and I'm not trashing them. But, I must confess that this happening on only my second order with them is a bit discouraging.
Just curious to hear from others who use them whether or not my experience is a very rare exception.

I have ordered a dozen items from B&H over the years, and had no problems. Contact them, and they will fix it I am sure. Possibly they sent the two items in two packages, and only one arrived yet, while the other will arrive in a few days, and the documentation thus shows they both were shipped, but make it seem they were in the same box when they were not. I had a confusing shipment of that kind with Amazon once, and the second package arrived two days after the first. Keep us posted on it.
I've ordered many times from them. Never a problem and great customer service. No worries..
Thanks, Erinjay. I emailed them immediately and got an auto-response (as noted, they are closed on Saturdays). You may be correct and, either way, I'm sure they'll take care of it. It's just a bit inconvenient cause I'm leaving on a vacation at the end of the week and need the second item before then. I'll let everyone know how they resolve it.
This can sometimes happen if they come from different wherehouses.

Articulation of your discouragement is premature.
Somewhere on the packing slip it may indicate two packages. Check your order status online and see if both items shipped. If you check tracking from B & H it will show a tracking number for each package. There are ways to check these things without picking up the phone.

I also have ordered from them and, on occasion, returned things. Never had any unresolved problem. UHH has a contact at B&H who has been very supportive. PM him if things are not resolved quickly - "Hershel". Let us know what happens and enjoy your vacation.😎

In my experience, they are consistently good. Therefore, I am a repeat customer. No one is perfect.

Thanks, Bill. The order shows as being shipped as one order and there is nothing on the slip indicating two shipments. I'll wait to hear back from them.
