Okay, I did a search for this and didn't see anything on it. I am trying to bring an IPhone video in GoPro Studio. GPS doesn't recognize IP video format. How can I convert that IP video to something like an MP4. My OS is Windows 10.

Thanks in Advance for the suggestions.

What format did you set your phone to use? I'm not finding much on IP video format.

EDIT: I just did a search on "how do I convert iphone video" and found pages of information.

I have no idea, I can't find any settings on the phone to set format. I can tell you however that the phone saves the file with a (.MOV) extension.

When I taught video production at a local state college, we used to use Virtual Dub - just took a look at it again, and it does what you need it to do and a lot more.

Oh, and it is open source = free! No ads, nagware, other paid version etc. It just works.

Gene, I just downloaded the program, but I don't think it free, it's just a TRIAL. I did a short screen video screen capture movie and when I went to save it, it told me that I was using a trial version and it would be saved with a Filmora Watermark. It did offer me the chance to purchase the program by registering.

Thanks Gene, That virtualdub looks a little suspect to me. I'm not convinced that it's a virus free download. Anyway, VD primarily works with AVI files. Filmora has been around a while and it's only 60 bucks if I choose to purchase it. It seems to be a lot more versatile in what it does. I also noticed that it has Screen capture capabilities which interest me a lot because I have been looking for software to create Photoshop video training.
Anyway, I do appreciate your help. Thanks for responding back to me.

Thanks Gene, That virtualdub looks a little suspec... (show quote)

It's not a virus-infiltrated site. My antivirus programs would not have allowed me to visit the site, much less download the software, which I have on my computer.

Anyway Filmora is based on VDub, so it is pretty good.
