In Florida, there is a lost of things to qualify for an EBT card. No it does not exclude Disabled Vets as long as Income/Family Status applies. If I claim the imaginary Dancing Baby on Allie McBeal or get a woman off the street to pleasure me and do the cooking that will be a household of two.. I would qualify. STDs covered by insurance.
