That's a great shot and a shame too. I looked at this town on Google Maps (street view) and your right...mostly a well laid out ghost town. I wonder why? It's located right on a major Interstate Highway.

Thank you. I read that the decline was a familiar cause. It was a railroad town that got bypassed and the railroad workers were laid off. High and dry, no crops to speak of.
