Thank you all for the comments. I find this time of the year special to go down to the river and locate them such an unusual bloom.

Now I'll have an image in mind when we drive past the Buttonwillow exit on I-5. This one is very nicely done.

Thanks Vickie. I have just returned from the Sierras and shooting at 6500 foot elevation. Did some stacks as well. Hopefully have a few to post soon.
