I read about this fighter jet late last year. It was a fighter developed to compete with the U.S. F-22. I doubt it will be superior. One retired U.S. Air Force Pilot told me, the MIG-29 was a Russian Fighter to be respected. And had exceptional high attitude climb and maneuverability.
