Yes, it does - - and the 4th picture looks like the Belgian is standing on the Rottie's head - - that's why I thought at first it was photoshopped.
Reminds me of the case of a spatial perspective optical illusion, where a person is holding up (or pushing over) the Leaning Tower of Pisa:

I'm still wondering about the dog's harness, but the letters just blur when I zoom in with my Android - - is anyone able to read them ???
