If you want usable results you'll need to post the image with (Store original) checked, and post as large a file as possible (preferably RAW).

Thanks! I hope my update worked and stored the original. There are no RAW images available.

Apparently not. It would have (Download) underneath the image if it had worked.

Yep
. Now I have to admit that I don't have Focus Magic 
. The best I could do is run it through Lightroom. That's probably a last resort if somebody else has a de-blur tool that uses deconvolution.
