You are probably right, I pretty much used the center one, so I never really counted the others.

Fantastic camera, and likely to drop in price with the new model coming out.

The 6D was and is a entry model camera for full frame shooting. It has always been a strong low light camera, and it really shines when the light is low. The burst rate is almost non existent at 4 fps. It is my go to body for product shots, landscape, and some real estate shots. I've now moved further to the 5D Mark IV, and will probably sell the old 6D when I get to my new home in New Hampshire. Are you looking for a 6D? Mine is like new with a low frame count. I'll be selling in about 30 days.

Between this thread and another I have seen 3 or 4 people say the 6D has 9 focus points.
Wrong, it has 11.
The Rebel line had 9 focus points through the 5 series, then they went to 19 with the 6 series and with the 7 series they jumped to 45. The 70D had 19 and the 80D started the 45 point AF that has now spread to everything below the 5, 7, 1 series cameras.

Noted.
....been so long since I considered using anything but the center AF point I forgot bow many were there.... :)

Need information of pro and cons about the Canon 6D. Experiences by those who own it would be great.
Thanks J. Sosa

Just another vote for the 6D. I've been using one for a couple of years and really like it. It is much more compact than some other DSLRs. I agree it is not a good action camera due to the lack of cross type focus points but I have gotten some great birds in flight shots. I like it because it is FF and I like the way FF handles lens focal lengths. I shoot slow and deliberate so for my style it is good for me.
