The cows and calves before they go to summer pasture

The Spann Ranch keeps the cows and calves here for a few weeks before they go to the high pasture for the summer. They will drive them down the highway and the country roads. Quite a sight. Taken mid morning, so the light wasn't great but the mountains are still beautiful.

Beautiful scenery, Rowedean! Those cows grazing peacefully are oblivious to the grandeur!
