I wanted to show how the wind caused the grass and flowers to sway back and forth. Would I need to use a slow shutter speed to get the best picture?
All motion is relative. By that I mean, unless something in the photo is stationary,The photo will just look out of focus. Even if you have to place something in the scene that doesent move, maybe a statue of some kind. That way, at a slow shutter speed, the statue will be in sharp focus, while the grass will appear to move. As an aside, from a physics standpoint. humans do not feel motion, We only feel acceleration or decceleration. While in a car going a steady 60 miles an hour, there is no way toprove that you are actually moving, or if the road is actually moving toward you. There is no way to be motionless. We are constantly moving in many directions, we just cant feel the motion.
