Can anyone recommend a waterproof Camera that I can take snorkeling. I would like to shoot in raw and edit my photos. Almost all the waterproof cameras I have looked at only shoot in jpeg

You'd be better off shooting 4k video and doing screen grabs. I recommend the GoPro. There are several to choose from that might fit your budget.

If you can get one, most likely used, Nikonos V. It's water proof, made for diving, and shoots only RAW, so to speak.

Olympus TG-4 and TG-5. The price on the TG-4 should be coming down somewhat due to the release of the TG-5. The Olympus waterproof cameras have been basically top rated ever since the TG series started.

The Nikon w300 only shoots in jpeg. It seems to me that the Olympus TG is the only one that can shoot in raw. Does anyone have any experience with he image quality

You're right about the W300. Sorry I gave you a bum steer.

No problem. Have you heard anything about the TG

The TG-4 was highly regarded, and the TG-5 is supposed to have economic improvements with buttons more conveniently placed.

Based on our findings, the Olympus TG-4 and Nikon Coolpix AW130 are your best bets for an all-around adventuring, with the TG-4 offering the best image quality of the two, while the Coolpix AW130 boasts an extra 50 feet of water resistance.

If you want to shoot mostly video, get a GoPro. If you want to shoot mostly still and must have RAW, the Olympus TG5 is your best bet. Me, I'm waiting on the W300. It is rated for twice the depth and is equally shock absorbent.
