This band is called "Big Money" they have another band with a Female lead singer called "SWC".
Good Job !! Thanks for sharing !
Looks like you got a lot of good ideas from this group from your last post. I like what you did with this group - you have really captured the extent of their personalities. I can imagine an album cover with photo 1 or 4 on the front and photo 5 on the back side.
Good job.

All nice, but I feel #5 is the best, background, cropping, smiles.

Thank you. I had fun doing it. I did get some great tips and ideas from my last post.

Nice job. In #2 the background distracts a little, although I like the dissonance of one band member not looking at the camera.
You may want to play with some more dramatic lighting / contrasty treatments also..., just for effect...

Thank you. This shoot was taken in an old building my Husband and I own. I did have a little trouble with lighting. I wish we could have done this in the day time. That building has great natural light.

I've recently done a very different kind of photo shoot, where the lighting was a significant factor, and although I got some good results I wasn't totally happy with many of them. It was a 'learning experience' for both of us, and I want to go back and redo everything. It won't take long, and this is a favor for a friend, but the images will end up getting published, and we both want to get them right.
It was really a coordination exercise between the two of us in understanding the situation and what was really required to get a good result. I know how to fix the technical issues, so I think it will all work out well, but the planning left us in a very narrow band for good shots even with all the lighting equipment and stuff that I took along. Now we both know what the issues are a re-shoot should be easy and quick now that we understand the respective problems.
So, in your situation, can you get the guys to show up in the daytime when the light is good?

I"m sure we could get together earlier. This shoot was advertisement for their first gig tomorrow. We did have it scheduled for earlier with some natural light but one guy was over an hour late and then storm clouds came. If they want more pictures it will have to be early. Also, the picture of them on the stairs, I'll have to find something to put behind them so the background isn't so busy. I bet your work is great. We are our own worst critics. I have learned a lot from this shoot. Thank you for all your tips and suggestions. I always want opinions on how to improve.
