Great place for Summer Vacation.
There are also many hiking trails... just make sure you can make it back before the sunset..
We took one loop trail but did not check the distance. It was about 10 miles of mountains.. at the end we almost began to panic that we got lost.
(GPS would help if we had one with us)

Beautiful, Silkway! Same thing happens on the Dismal Swamp in North Carolina hike; you have to sign in with the park guards and if you're not back by sundown a search party will be out looking for you! There are bears and alligators there!
